2020 Hockey Challenge Kid Captain
When Feenix was born several weeks premature, parents Toni and Jeff made the Portland East House their “home away from home” while their son was in the NICU for five weeks. RMHC helped provide a loving, supportive community for their family when they needed it the most.
From having a comfortable place to stay, to the grab n’ go snacks and warm meals – RMHC provided the necessities and allowed them to stay focused on the health of their child.
At two years old, Feenix is doing much better despite having to fight infections. He loves to dance, wrestle with his siblings, and play with his dog and cat.
