Who can stay at the Springfield House?

To qualify to stay, families must meet all of these requirements:

  1. Families must have a patient who is 21 years or younger
  2. Families must be receiving treatment at a partner facility
  3. Families must have a current referral from the facility where they are receiving care

Other important qualification information:

  • Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
  • Patients 18-21 must be accompanied by a support person who is age 18 or older
  • Families experiencing a high-risk pregnancy may stay at the Springfield House at any point during pregnancy with a doctor’s recommendation

What is the process for reserving a room at the Springfield House?

  1. Call the PeaceHealth Riverbend Care Management team and ask for a room referral at (541) 222-2440
  2. The social worker will submit a referral or request for you
  3. RMHC will review your request and work to find an available room during your requested dates*
  4. An RMHC staff member will reach out to you about your referral status and provide information about your stay
