Located inside the beautiful, custom-built Heartfelt House in Springfield, Oregon, our 10-family House features many expansive, bright spaces, playful art, pastoral views, lovely outdoor gardens, and a unique indoor/outdoor fireplace. Opened in 2019, the Springfield House, operated in partnership with PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend, welcomes children and families into a one-of-a-kind home away from home!

The Ronald McDonald House: Springfield at the PeaceHealth Heartfelt House has all the amenities to make you feel at home, including:

  • 10 guest suites with private bathrooms, sitting areas, and fully stocked linens, towels, and toiletries.
  • Free food including access to an expansive in-House food pantry, a grab and go snack bar and a weekly meal calendar including free family dinners at least three nights/week.
  • Weekly program offerings that can include music, guided crafts, pet-assisted therapy and meals.
  • Access to beautiful, indoor common spaces including a multi-family kitchen as well as a great room and library warmed by a fireplace, and filled with games, books, crafts, and pool table.
  • Outdoor spaces featuring an outdoor fireplace, playground, outdoor barbeques and more.
  • 24-hour staffing and daily “concierge” services provided by staff and volunteers.

A home is more than a place to stay: it’s a sanctuary.​

At our House, you and your family have a private room where you can stay together, comfort each other, and find peace together.  Our rooms can fit as many as six family members for the duration of your stay. This isn’t a hotel. It’s your home and we have all the amenities you might need, including:

  • Television, microwave, and small refrigerators in every guest room.
  • Full on-site laundry facilities.
  • Free Wi-Fi throughout the House.
  • Library and business center with computer and tablet access.
  • A communal kitchen to cook your own meals when you wish.
  • Additional, private cabinet and refrigerator space to store food.
  • A community of support – our volunteers and staff are here to make your life as comfortable as possible. We’re in your corner.
